Program Description

At the most basic level of ability, managers must understand the fields of finance, accounting, marketing, strategy, IT, economics, operations, and human resource management. In later stages of a manager’s development into the executive ranks, he or she needs to understand how organizational processes interrelate and occur within a context. Executives must be able to make sense of societal changes, political drivers, social values, global interaction, and technological change.

Every organization needs educated, skilled leaders who can build effective teams and shepherd projects to completion. AUM’s Management concentration within the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree is a solid foundation for a life-long career in business. You’ll learn about organizational behavior and develop the interpersonal and decision-making skills that will allow you to flourish in a variety of business environments.
